THE HOUSE

WE WOULD LIKE TO INTRODUCE YOU TO OUR HOLIDAY HOME IN THE MARCHE REGION OF ITALY. THE MARCHE IS A BEAUTIFUL REGION, IT IS CALLED THE “LITTLE SISTER OF TUSCANY” BECAUSE IT IS JUST AS SCENIC AND CULTURALLY ATTRACTIVE, BUT NOT AS OVERCROWDED WITH TOURISTS.“

Our house in Villa del Monte, in the municipality of Terre Roveresche (province of Pesaro-Urbino) can accommodate up to six people. It consists of two separate residential units: an upper apartment with two rooms with a bathroom and kitchenette, and a smaller apartment with one room, kitchen and bathroom.

The house has a garden across the street with a shady terrace surrounded by olive trees, laurel and oleander bushes. The house is carefully and tastefully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, refrigerators, etc.) There is a double bed (160 cm / 180 cm) in both apartments and a sofa bed (150 cm) in the larger apartment on the 1st floor.

The location

 

The house is located in the village of Villa del Monte, in a very scenic area of the Marche, about 20 km from the coast (Fano) and 30 km from the mountains (Cagli). You can reach the beach in 20 minutes and the Apennines in half an hour. It is a region that is developed for tourism but is not overcrowded. It provides an authentic access to the normal life of Italians. You can find everything an Italy lover's heart desires here: beautiful landscapes, historically and culturally significant places like Urbino, Jesi, Pesaro (European Capital of Culture 2024), Rimini, Fano, great regional cuisine and wines, colorful markets and very friendly people . Here you can still find the original, authentic Italy and no backdrops that were set up for tourists.

THE PRICES

The rental price is €100 per day for the upper apartment when occupied by two people. The lower apartment costs €70 per day. The price includes use of the washing machine, electricity, water, gas and wood for the fireplace. Our neighbor takes care of the final cleaning of the apartment; You pay them between €30 and €50.
